President Jonathan sacked Suleiman Abba on Tuesday without any prior knowledge and appointed DIG Solomon Arase as Acting IGP with immediate effect.
After all the hullabaloo, Abba has officially handed over the baton to Arase. The handing over ceremony took place yesterday at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
