Lil Wayne Fires off Cease and Desist Letter After Sex Tape Leaked

Lil Wayne is putting a stop at the release of his sex tape. The hip-hop star whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. has demanded the explicit video be taken down soon after it was made public on the internet by Hollywood Street King.

In a cease and desist letter obtained by TMZ, Weezy's legal team orders the website to "immediately cease the use, exploitation, and/or distribution of the video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter's rights in the future."

News of his sex tape first broke out when it was being shopped around several weeks ago. He was allegedly videotaped without his consent while engaged in sexual acts with two unidentified women. Back then, his camp threatened to sue anyone who distributed the tape.
